I ordered this item and was excited to receive it for our Beachy Christmas tree. It was due to be delivered by December 31st, 2021. It’s now two weeks late for delivery and the last tracking information was entered on January 3rd. I do not anticipate receiving this item that I’ve paid for, but I was told that I cannot receive a refund until I receive and return the item that I may never receive. You can’t return something you’ve never received. Truly unhappy with the customer service I have received.
