Moravian stars are a favorite decoration for the holiday season. They have been used as part of Advent, Christmas, & Epiphany displays for many years. The popular decorations were thought to have originated in Germany in the 1830s, at a school known as the Moravian Boys' School.
Another popular use for Moravian stars is to help depict the Star of Bethlehem in The Christmas Story.
So why not light up the night sky and your home with an enchanting clear Moravian star ornament? Each one is made from acrylic and measures approximately 3 inches in diameter. Better yet? You can even use this ornament as a light cover for a truly magical look!
